ChequeMax - Cheque Printing System

MaxSoft's Cheque Printing System was designed for printing cheques from one or more bank accounts at the same time . There is no need to change paper for a different bank account because all bank account details (including logo's) are printed by the ChequeMax system on your laser printer. Simply output payment details to ChequeMax and they will be printed. You can print a cheque for the ANZ* bank followed by one for Commonwealth Bank* followed by one for National Australia Bank* without changing the paper in the printer! ChequeMax cheques are accepted by all of the major national and international banks.

Cheques printed by ChequeMax are printed on A4 sized forms which include a cheque sized tear-off section at the bottom of the page. The tear-off section has a coloured security background. This coloured strip is the only pre-printed part of the cheque form. Your company letterhead will be printed at the top of the page and remittance information will be printed below this. The remittance advice may be customised to display more or less information than the default settings. Multiple pages of remittance advice may also be printed on normal laser copy paper with only one cheque form being used further cutting down the wastage of forms. Invoice/Statements

Using ChequeMax with BCMax or GLMax allows you to print invoices, levy and arrears notices and statements with direct deposit slips attached. Ask MaxSoft for samples!

ChequeMax needs to use special MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition) toner when printing the cheques so the cheques may be read by bank equipment. We have these toner cartridges specially made so they are cheaper than new cartridges.

The system has been designed to operate stand alone or on networked IBM* compatible equipment using using Windows '95, '98 or NT version 3.5 upwards.
