Principally, the system keeps the financial records of bodies corporate within the requirements of the various Acts and also provides features to assist in general office work. BCMax is available in single and multi-user configuration.

How BCMax saves you time

• You only need to enter any person's name and other details once. If it's already there, BCMax will find it. And if you need to make changes, it only has to be done once and is then updated throughout the system!
• Address copying facility for owners owning more than one unit in a building means you don't need to re-type the owners details for more than one unit.
• Use the short-cut macros to run the same program - such as levy printing (only those due are printed)- in all building's at once.
• Body Corporate Information certificates are complete when you print them. (To print them you only need to select the owner's name and select the applicant and the rest is done for you. There is no need to type in any of the information)
• Use ChequeMax with BCMax and you no longer have to work through accounts to write cheques. ChequeMax reads already balanced accounts from BCMax and prints all cheques selected to be paid completely filled in - all you need to do is sign!

Levies and any arrears or interest owing are worked out by the computer and automatically printed out on levy notices.
